Reviews
This site has no verified Sodatide reviews yet, so it shows no score and no quotes.
A review goes live only after the order desk matches it to a real order and the buyer agrees in writing. The FTC bans fake reviews (FTC fake reviews final rule).
Meanwhile, read what the label says.

Straight answer
Not yet. No buyer has sent a Sodatide review that we could tie to a real order, so the review area is blank.
Our marketing files came with a star score, counts and named reviewers. That was layout copy, not buyers' words, and we will never print it.
The sales page shows smiling people holding bottles. We could not confirm who they are or whether they bought anything, so our review count stays at zero.

Verification
Four checks. A review that fails any one of them is not published.
The order desk confirms the purchase by order ID and the name on the order. No order, no review.
The buyer agrees in writing and chooses how their name and city appear. They can withdraw it later.
No cash, discount or free bottle is tied to a review. Any reward that ever happens gets a clear label.
We fix spelling. We never soften a complaint, trim a sentence to change its meaning or add a claim.
| Detail | Shown? | Why |
|---|---|---|
| First name and city | Only with consent | Real enough to trust, not enough to track someone down |
| Pack size and day of use | Yes | Day 10 and day 80 tell very different stories |
| The buyer's own star rating | Yes | Never rounded up or blended with unchecked scores |
| Order ID | No | Used for the match, then kept private |
| Weight or health details | Only in the buyer's words | We add no diagnosis, number or claim |
| One-star and critical reviews | Yes | Hiding them would break the FTC rule |
The law
The Federal Trade Commission approved a final rule in August 2024 that bans fake reviews and testimonials, by a 5-0 vote (FTC fake reviews final rule). Knowing violations can bring civil penalties. The rule covers more than invented quotes:
The FTC also expects health claims to rest on research matching the product's own dose (FTC Health Products Compliance Guidance). One glowing story does not meet that bar.
Our choice
An average of no reviews is not a number. A score copied from an ad, another shop or a sample layout would be a fake social indicator under the FTC rule. The rating box stays empty until matched reviews exist, and its count will show exactly how many.
Review slots
Each card fills in only after its order match and the buyer's written consent.

Brand photos
We cannot tell, and neither can you from a photo. The sales page shows groups of people holding bottles, a woman named with an endorsement, and a man in a white coat. None of them is identified in a way we could check. Under the FTC rule, a picture of a person with a product is a testimonial only if that person really used it (FTC fake reviews final rule).

The same faces appear in more than one setting, as in most photo shoots. We treat every brand photo as advertising, like the badges explained on testing and quality.
Elsewhere online
Some exist, and we cannot verify them. A Trustpilot page for a different web address, soda-tide.store, showed a TrustScore of 1.7 from 19 reviews when we checked (Trustpilot SodaTide (soda-tide.store)). Posters described surprise charges and refused refunds. We cannot confirm that site is the same seller as the official sales page, and the complaints are unverified allegations.
We also found videos and pages that tie Sodatide to famous TV hosts and stars. We could not verify any celebrity endorsement. The FTC rule bans fake celebrity testimonials (FTC fake reviews final rule), and Arizona's Attorney General and the BBB have warned about AI-made fake celebrity ads for weight-loss products (Arizona AG + BBB weight-loss scam warning).
Order only through the official sales page, mysodatide.com, which every order button here opens. Keep the order email, and check your card statement for any charge you did not choose. See where to buy for the full checklist.
Read them well
A review describes one person's experience. No trial of Sodatide itself has been published, so reviews are stories, not data.
| A review says | What you learn | What you do not learn |
|---|---|---|
| "I lost weight in a month" | One person's scale changed | Whether diet, walking or a new medicine did it |
| "Nothing changed by day 60" | It did not suit that buyer | Whether it would suit you |
| "A bit of gas the first week" | A possible side effect to note | Which ingredient caused it |
Research on the ingredients is a better guide. EFSA accepted a regularity effect for chicory inulin only at 12 grams a day (EFSA 2015 chicory inulin claim). Each capsule holds 211 mg, about 2% of that. Read the numbers on the chicory inulin page.
Spot fakes
Fake reviews come in bursts and promise more than the label. The FTC suggests checking who runs a site, comparing several sources and looking at each reviewer's history (FTC how to evaluate online reviews).
Big losses in a few weeks with no diet change. The FTC lists that kind of claim as almost always false (FTC Gut Check weight-loss claims).
Sodatide contains no drug. Any review comparing it with a prescription shot is wrong on the facts (NIDDK prescription obesity medicines).
Dozens of posts within days, often near a launch or a sale (FTC how to evaluate online reviews).
Personal testimonials and quick fixes are on the FDA's list of health fraud tip-offs (FDA 6 tip-offs health fraud).
FAQ
Reviews alone cannot settle that, and this site has no verified ones yet. Sodatide has a full label with a named distributor and a written 60-day refund policy. No trial of the product exists, and its fiber doses are far below studied amounts, so judge it on the label, not on testimonials.
No review has yet been matched to a real order with the buyer's written consent. A made-up score, or the sample figures in our marketing files, would break the FTC's 2024 rule on fake reviews (FTC fake reviews final rule). The rating box fills in only from checked reviews, with the exact count shown.
We cannot confirm that. The sales page shows a woman named Emily Gottfried with an endorsement quote, but it does not state her role, and we found no way to verify her purchase or any payment. We treat her photo and words as advertising, not as a review.
We cannot confirm that. The Trustpilot page we found covers soda-tide.store, a different address from the official sales page, and its complaints about charges and refunds are unverified (Trustpilot SodaTide (soda-tide.store)). Buy only through mysodatide.com, keep your order email and check your card statement after checkout.
We found no celebrity endorsement we could verify. Videos and pages linking famous TV hosts to the product look like the fake celebrity ads that Arizona's Attorney General and the BBB warned about in 2026 (Arizona AG + BBB weight-loss scam warning). The FTC bans testimonials that misstate a celebrity's identity or experience (FTC fake reviews final rule).
