Sodatide Website Privacy Policy
sodatidecare.com collects very little: the emails you choose to send and routine server logs. It has no accounts, no cart and no card form. Order buttons open the Sodatide sales page at mysodatide.com, where the brand's own privacy policy covers your name, address and payment. Effective October 12, 2026. Privacy questions go to [email protected].

Scope
Who runs sodatidecare.com and what does the privacy policy cover?
Sodatidecare runs sodatidecare.com as a licensed U.S. retail desk for Sodatide. We are not the manufacturer. The site explains one daily prebiotic and probiotic capsule.
The policy covers two things: the website and its email address, [email protected]. It does not cover the Sodatide sales page and checkout at mysodatide.com, the brand's support inbox, or any other site a link opens. Each of those follows its own privacy rules.
Effective date: October 12, 2026. Last updated: October 12, 2026.
The pages are static files. The site has no forms that store what you type, so nothing you enter on a page is kept by us.

Collection
What personal information does the Sodatide website collect?
Only two kinds of personal data reach us: messages you send and routine server records. The table lists each kind, why we hold it and who stores it.
| Data | When we get it | Why we use it | Who stores it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your email address and message | When you write to the website email | To reply and to correct pages | Us and our email provider |
| Server logs (IP address, browser, page, time) | Each time a page loads | Security, error checks, visit totals | Our web host |
| Browser storage | Only if a page saves a setting | Basic site function, such as an open tab | Your own browser |
| Name, shipping address, card, order details | Not collected by the site | Handled on the brand's checkout | The brand and its payment providers |
| Health information | Not requested | Please keep medical records out of email | Not applicable |
If an email mentions your health, we use it only to answer that email. A doctor or pharmacist is the right person for those details.
Limits
What does sodatidecare.com never collect?
The site never asks for a login, a password or a payment card. Holding less data is the simplest way to keep it safe.
- No user accounts and no saved profiles.
- No card numbers, bank details or billing addresses.
- No order forms. Order buttons leave the site for the brand's sales page.
- No saved checklist answers. The fit checklist runs inside your browser and sends nothing to us.
- No sale of personal information, to anyone, for any price.
The website inbox cannot see orders. For an order, a refund or tracking, write to the brand at [email protected] or call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480.
Checkout
What happens to your data when you click a Sodatide order button?
An order button opens the Sodatide sales page at mysodatide.com. The "Add to cart" checkout runs there, and the brand's own privacy policy applies to everything you enter.
That checkout takes your name, email, shipping address and payment. The brand uses them to charge you, ship the parcel and handle refund requests. We do not receive your card data or your address. We may see sales totals that do not name you, because we earn money when people buy through our links.
The brand's policy pages are hosted by Instituto Experience, the distributor printed on the label. Open the privacy link at the foot of the sales page to read how the brand stores and uses your details.
An order link may carry a referral code that tells the brand which site sent the visit. It does not pass your name or email from us to the brand. Our shipping page and refund policy page explain what happens after you pay.
Cookies
Does the Sodatide website use cookies or analytics?
The site is built to work without cookies. A small script may store a setting in your own browser, such as a chosen tab or a closed note. That setting stays on your device and is never sent to us.
We may count visits in total to learn which pages people read. Those counts come from server logs or a simple analytics tool. If we add a named analytics or advertising service, we will list it here and change the date at the top.
How to control cookies and storage
- Block or clear cookies and site data in your browser settings.
- Use a private window, so stored settings vanish when you close it.
- Turn on a browser privacy signal such as Global Privacy Control.
The brand's sales page sets its own cookies once you arrive. Those follow the brand's rules, not ours.
Sharing
How does sodatidecare.com use and share information?
We use the little we hold to run the site and answer mail. We share it only in the three cases below.
Web host and email
Our host keeps server logs and our email provider keeps messages. They work for us and may not use the data for their own marketing.
Legal requests
We may share data when a valid law, subpoena or court order requires it, or to protect people from fraud or harm.
Business transfer
If the site is sold or merged, records may pass to the new owner, who must keep the promises in the policy.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We pass your email to the brand only if you ask us to forward a message.
Your rights
What privacy rights do U.S. state laws give Sodatide website visitors?
Many U.S. states give residents rights over their personal data, including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and Oregon. Which rights apply depends on your state and on whether a law covers a site this small.
We honor the four requests below for any U.S. visitor who asks, whether or not a state law requires it.
Know and access
Ask what we hold about you. For most visitors that is one email thread or a few log lines.
Correct or delete
Ask us to fix a mistake or erase your messages. We may keep a short note that the request was made.
Opt out
We do not sell data or run targeted ads, so there is nothing to opt out of today. A browser privacy signal will count as an opt-out if that changes.
Appeal
If we turn down a request, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general.
Send requests to [email protected]. We will confirm receipt and may ask you to confirm your email address. Using these rights will never change how we treat you. Data held by the brand's checkout must be requested from the brand at [email protected].
Children
Is the Sodatide website meant for children?
No. The site and the product are meant for adults. The Sodatide label tells anyone under 18 to consult a physician before use.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children younger than 13. If a parent thinks a child has emailed us, write to [email protected] and we will delete the message.
Security
How long does sodatidecare.com keep data, and how is it protected?
We keep email only as long as needed to answer you and keep a brief record. Server logs are deleted on a regular schedule set by our host.
Every page loads over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Only the people who answer the inbox can open it. No system is perfectly secure, so please never email passwords, card numbers or medical records.
The site and its providers operate in the United States. If you visit from another country, your data is handled under U.S. law.
Contact
How do you contact Sodatidecare about privacy, and how are changes posted?
Email [email protected] with any privacy question. The inbox is answered Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET.
Postal mail: Sodatidecare, 390 Park Avenue, Floor 3, New York, NY 10022, USA. You will find the other ways to reach us on the contact page.
When the policy changes, the new version will appear at the same address with a new date. Major changes will be flagged at the top for at least 30 days. Our terms and conditions and disclaimer cover the other rules for using the site.
FAQ
Sodatide privacy questions
Does sodatidecare.com store my credit card when I buy Sodatide?
No. sodatidecare.com never sees or stores card numbers. The order button opens the Sodatide sales page at mysodatide.com, and your payment details stay with the brand and its payment providers under the brand's own privacy policy. Our site has no cart and no payment form.
Do I need an account to read about Sodatide?
No account is needed. Every page on sodatidecare.com is open to read without signing up, logging in or giving an email address. You share personal data with us only if you choose to write to the website email.
Who sees my address when I order Sodatide?
The brand sees your shipping address, because it ships the parcel and handles refunds. sodatidecare.com does not receive your name or address from the order. Ask the brand at [email protected] how it stores and uses that information.
Does the Sodatide website sell my email address?
No. We do not sell email addresses or any other personal information. We use your email only to reply to the message you sent. Our email provider stores it for us and may not use it for its own marketing.
How do I ask sodatidecare.com to delete my emails?
Write to [email protected] from the same address and ask us to delete your messages. We will confirm, erase the thread and keep only a short note that you asked. There is no fee and no penalty for making the request.
Does the Sodatide website show me targeted ads?
Not today. The site runs no targeted advertising and names no ad network. If that changes, the policy will name the service, carry a new date and explain how to opt out, and a browser privacy signal will count as an opt-out.
Is it safe to email a Sodatide health question to the website?
We use what you send only to answer you, but email is not a medical channel. Keep messages general and leave out records, test results and medicine lists. A pharmacist or doctor is the right person to review your own health details.
