Does the Sodatide refund window count from purchase or delivery?
The brand's own pages disagree. The sales page says 60 days "from the date of purchase", and the returns page counts from purchase in one place and from delivery in another.
Delivery can come days after the order, and no delivery time is published. A buyer who counts from delivery could miss the deadline if the desk counts from purchase.
Count from the purchase date and act early. Ask the desk which date they use, get the answer by email, and plan to start your request by about day 45.

Why does the Sodatide refund need 30 days of use?
The sales page says refunds apply if, "after at least 30 days of use", you are not satisfied. That turns the first month into a required trial.
In practice, you take one capsule a day for at least 30 days, then decide. The policy does not explain how use is checked. Keep the bottle you opened and send it back with the rest unless the desk says otherwise.

The shipping you paid on a 2-bottle order is probably not refunded either. The policy does not say, so ask before you mail anything. The 3- and 6-bottle packs shipped free, so there is no original shipping to lose.
